Eloquent Analysis:

This involves exploring the training, learning and development needs of the staff and organisation. We examine the skills, knowledge and behaviours of stakeholders and how best to develop them, both to deliver the organisation’s strategic objectives and support the individual’s career progression.
A Training Needs Analysis should ideally be taken at three levels:

• Organisational

• Team

• Individual

Eloquent Design:

• Set design goals

• Examine stakeholder characteristics

• Identify subject content and analyse task components

• Sequence content to build connections

• Design instructional strategies to master the objectives.

• Plan message and delivery.

• Develop evaluation

• Select resources

Eloquent Delivery:

This phase can include consulting, coaching or training utilising online resources to support blended methodologies.
