Bradley Honnor

MANAGING DIRECTOR, PEOPLE DEVELOPER AND COACH (MSc, Dip CBT)

After making his life-changing decision to start his own company – Global Eloquence in 2010, Bradley spent his time transforming two decades of corporate management experience into a pioneering development methodology. He draws on his many years’ of experience as a Psychotherapist and Executive Director to offer expert views on communication and leadership challenges. He unlocks value through a powerful, engaging style that delivers thought-provoking insight.

Bradley works with a results focused coaching methodology to ensure maximum ROI. He believes coaching is about partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their professional and personal potential.

Catharine Brooks

Catharine is passionate about connecting with, and leveraging the very best from, the individuals she works with. Holding leaders gently accountable for their behaviours, actions and results, she helps drive both personal and organisational change. Through bespoke training interventions, facilitation and coaching, she encourages leaders to be their best self and ignite passion, purpose and engagement within their teams. She loves to encourage individuals to think differently and take their performance to the next level. Catharine’s purpose is simple: To engage hearts and minds, to make making a difference fun and meaningful. Her values remain constant: passion, curiosity, trust, fun and transparency. Having worked across Europe in the manufacturing, service and finance sectors of industry, Catharine has a wide range of expertise. This expertise, gained from working with leading global organisations (ranging from airlines to corporate banks to research & development companies), includes:

  • Developing all levels of leader, to further improve behaviour and performance, through expertly led and facilitated leadership development programmes.

Heather Rayfield

Experience:

My experience as an intervention consultant and coach has developed from working as an operations/people manager and development consultant for leading organisations within Retail, Professional Services, Financial Services, Property, Airlines & Aviation, Manufacturing & Logistics, FMCG and Public Sector.

I have 25 years people management/leadership experience and 12 years in organisational development with over 10,000 hours of coaching intervention practice with individuals and groups. I receive regular individual and group supervision. As well as my work within the corporate environment, I support community projects as a life skills coach and business mentor; motivating and developing unemployed young people to gain regular and paid employment.

Approach:

I adopt a High Challenge/High Support coaching approach to support individuals and teams to be the very best that they can be.

My personal coaching style, as described by my clients, is – energising, creative, insightful and pragmatic”. My approach to personal development is always holistic, as I believe it is important to bring mind and body into balance to develop sustained growth and success both professionally and personally.

Michael Brooke

PSYCHOLOGIST, PEOPLE DEVELOPER AND COACH (CPsychol, AFBPsS)

Specialising in new methods for developing talented individuals, Michael is a vastly experienced psychologist, consultant, coach, and learning professional. He is an expert on the psychology of high performance, drawing on his experience of consulting in elite sport and with many talented corporate ‘performers’.

Michael has held various senior corporate roles including the lead Talent/Learning specialist for BNP Paribas and his highly commercial views on market trends, meaningful development paths for senior executives, and genuine return on investment for organisations is highly sort after. As well as regularly addressing large audiences including sharing a stage with Dame Kelly Holmes, he has recently been quoted in the Financial Times and People Management magazine, and written a chapter on confidence in a best-selling book.

Alison Phelan

Alison has over 15 years’ experience in management and professional roles within Further/Higher Education and private sector training organisations. This includes several years of managing employer engagement contracts and workplace learning across a wide variety of industry sectors.

Liaising with a multitude of private and public sector organisations, Alison became adept at tuning into each industry’s unique challenges, developmental needs and culture in order to support the delivery of training needs analyses and responsive training programmes.Having led teams through restructures, evolving strategic aims and shifting government priorities, Alison has a keen insight into how we emotionally respond to change and uncertainty in the working environment. She has great experience in problem solving and leading the introduction and development of new systems.

Originally qualified as a trainer/assessor for disadvantaged young people and adults, Alison has also worked in recruitment, specialising in headhunting sales executives and managers within the IT and reprographic industry.

With a degree in Educational Research, Alison is an associate of MatchFit® who focuses on undertaking one-to-one qualitative interviews and feedback for the CLIMB 360 Analysis process.

Tim Forman

An experienced Management Consultant, Project and Business Relationship Manager, Facilitator, Qualified and accomplished Trainer and Level 7 Coach who set up on his own 17 years ago full time working with a range of clients in the public and private sectors and charities.

Tim has gained extensive Needs Analysis, Intervention, Leadership, Management, Team, Relationship Management, Sales, People Development and Communication knowledge and skills and is qualified to level 4 in Financial Planning and is a GDPR Practitioner.

He has become expert at working online and engaging with clients through Zoom and Teams and this will broaden his capacity when face to face activities become an option again in the future.

Originally qualified as a Teacher and then spent 20 years in employed Sales, Management and Senior National Management roles working with Legal and General, Frizzell and Liverpool Victoria reporting up to Board level before moving into his current independent role working successfully both directly with businesses and as an Associate of a number of other organisations over the last 17 years.

Tim is an Associate of MatchFit® and has worked with clients including The National Probation Service, Quilter Cheviot, Santander, Coaching Academy, Barclays, Marsh, Business Link Yorkshire, CBT Clinics, Lloyds, Lookahead Housing and Care, Capita and the Chartered Management Institute.

He is also a motivational speaker, a regular speaker at dinners and events and his speaking skills have been utilised extensively in delivering talks virtually during the pandemic.

Holly St Clair Moor

Holly is an Executive Coach and Facilitator who empowers people to find joy in their work by building self-awareness and bringing their strengths to life. With over 14 years’ experience in Coaching and People Development, Holly has worked both in house in Learning and Development and in consultancy with large organisations in Tech, Retail, Financial Services and Manufacturing.

Holly is passionate about helping people understand and move past the thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that limit their personal and professional success and digging deep to create positive sustainable change.

Holly has a degree in Business Psychology, a Diploma in Transformational Coaching (accredited by the ICF and AC) and an EMCC accredited Certificate in Organisational Coaching. Holly’ sense of humour, empathy and ability to quickly get to the core of an issue has made her successful with both private and corporate clients.

Sheila Panchal

Sheila is a business psychologist with twenty years of cross-sector consultancy and coaching experience, across investment banking, professional services and local government.

As a consultant, Sheila advises on a variety of diversity and culture change initiatives. As a coach, she enables senior leaders to negotiate key transitions such as new roles, promotions and international moves. She helps them to reflect on their interpersonal style, brand, wellbeing and career direction.

Her published work includes ‘Developmental Coaching: Life Transitions and Generational Perspectives’ (co-edited with Stephen Palmer) and ‘Turning 30: How to get the life you really want’ (co-authored with Ellen Jackson).

Sheila has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Leeds University (First Class), and a MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from UMIST (Distinction). She is chartered by the British Psychological Society. She holds a Professional Development Certificate in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, and Level A and B (Intermediate) Certificates in Psychometric Testing. She is both accredited by, and a Director of, the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP).

Emily Courtney

Emily has 20 years’ experience in HR and Operations and has worked with clients across varied industry sectors, including IT, digital, media and training. She takes a hands-on approach to HR partnering and is used to communicating with individuals at all levels within an organisation.

As a CIPD qualified HR specialist, Emily has supported senior management teams across the range of HR issues, from employee relations and organisational development, to the day-to-day management of people.

Emily’s operational and board level experience makes her well placed to understand the wider commercial and operational issues faced by business managers and supports her in developing services and client delivery.

Julie Chapple

Julie has 20 years’ experience working as a Personal Assistant to senior leaders in several organisations and as an Event Manager. She is detail orientated with excellent organisation and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure in a calm and efficient manner. Completing tasks and meeting strict deadlines, easing the burden for the leaders she supports.

Much of her success is based on her strong administration and being able to work on her own initiative and in collaboration with team members. Her combined experience of both managing large conferences and events of over 100 people, from conception through to completion and post follow-up, and supporting senior leaders in P.A. roles, places her in a good position to support and improve the smooth operations of the organisation.

Adele Hawkes

Adele Hawkes is a positive psychology coach and consultant, who empowers people to capitalise on their strengths, build emotional intelligence and fulfil their potential, personally and professionally. With the insight gained from a 20-year career in corporate communications, workplace wellbeing is one of her areas of expertise and she specialises in tackling imposter syndrome. She draws on behavioural psychology research, neuroscience and evidence-based interventions to facilitate a wide range of programmes based on how to flourish – from large-scale, all-employee corporate workshops and talks to specialist leadership training to bespoke one-to-one coaching.

Graduating from UEL’s MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology with Distinction, Adele is also passionate about addressing young people’s self-confidence and resilience. Her commitment to raising awareness of how those of all ages can learn happiness habits that build psychological capital, help them cope with life’s ups and downs, and keep them mentally healthy in the long and short term means that she’s a frequent guest on radio, podcasts and at conferences.

Patrick Haywood

Patrick is a highly experienced Learning & Development practitioner, executive coach and business consultant with a strong track record of delivering operational and strategic learning & development consultancy within the higher education, retail, charity, public and housing sectors, across multi-site organisations. Patrick specialises in the planning and implementation of management, leadership and communication development, designing programmes to support organizational change, helping to build learning cultures and successfully mediating complex employee relations issues.

Patrick is a Senior PRISM Brain Mapping practitioner focussing on using neuroscience to help people understand and view human behaviour, and is accredited to deliver Sociomapping team collaboration workshops for executive teams.
